I had a fantastic stay with great value for my money. The location was perfect, and the staff were helpful and attentive.

Morning meal could use a few more local options.

Fantastic property with attentive staff and handy location near public transport. Location close to stores and bus and tram as well as covered street that has many different shops including restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Kiri no Mori Kashikob nearby...

The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice for walking around a restored 17th-century castle. Meals in the hotel were excellent!

The location of the hotel is really excellent! You're right in the center, with shopping and dining just steps away. I loved the spaciousness of my room, despite it feeling a bit dated. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable.

My experience was slightly marred by some confusion over the layout. It took me a bit to figure out how to get to the breakfast area, and getting from the train station was a hassle too. I expected more ease during my stay, especially for the price.

The breakfast was very varied, the location central.

We had a great experience at Crowne Plaza. The room was comfortable and breakfast on the 14th floor offered a nice variety. The convenient location near Okaido station made getting around easy, though directions to the Annex Building could be clearer.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a quick business trip and enjoyed a brief but good experience. Check-in was seamless, and the staff warmly acknowledged my IHG membership. My spacious room, while a bit dated, featured a proper wardrobe and comfortable bedding. The breakfast, highlighted by a good omelette station, was a great way to kick off the day. Plus, the location is fantastic—within walking distance to shopping, dining, and the castle.

The hotel's location in the center of Matsuyama City is unbeatable. It is situated in the busiest shopping area and within walking distance of most tourist spots. The tram station right in front of the hotel makes it easy to explore the city, including the popular Dogo Onsen area. The rooms, though a little dated, are reasonably sized and clean. The beds are very comfortable, and some even offer a lovely view of the Matsuyama-jo castle on the hill. The breakfast buffet on the top level is a real treat. Not only does it offer a wide range of Western and Japanese breakfast options, but it also provides a breathtaking view over the town, including Matsuyama-jo. It's a perfect way to start the day.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel's location is perfect, as it is near the main attractions and the downtown area. We were also able to easily go to the Dogo Onsen area. The hotel facilities are great and the cleanliness is amazing. The breakfast was awesome and we loved the abundant food choices. The staff are the best - very friendly and accommodating! They helped us with transportation and made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a beautifully restored feudal castle, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive.

The place was nice, we enjoyed it. The good breakfast was served in the restaurant. The hotel was in a very central location, very close to the heart of Matsuyama city.

The whole experience was really comfortable, no complaints whatsoever, do recommend.
